Shipping Policy

Our shipping policy is fair and very simple.

We only sell within the city of Calgary which lies in Alberta, Canada. If you order form somewhere else or have a shipping address which is not within the city of Calgary then we will cancel your order.

As of June 15th, 2021 we have started to offer free two day shipping to all the orders. Not only business days but we also offer shipping during weekends and public holidays.

While we try to commit that you receive your package within the two day shipping period, unfortunate events occur and your shipping can be delayed for up to a week. If the shipping takes longer than a week to up to 30 days, you are entitled to a 20% store coupon.

The shipping address you enter will be the address we ship to, and if you need to make any last minute changes contact us immediately. We will try our best to accommodate to your request whenever possible but if the package has been already shipped, there is nothing we can do about it and you will assume full responsibility for the package.

Returns Policy

You can return our products back for any reason as long as the original packaging and contents are with you within the 30 days of purchase.

We do no care if it's opened or not, however the product should not have any cosmetic or physical damage.

You get two options to return our products in case you are dissatisfied.

Option 1: If you're not satisfied with your Feruo purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the return shipping, handling, gift wrap and other charges). Product must be in its original packaging.

Option 2: Pay $7 flat return shipping fee and we will not charge any handling, restocking or any other fee as long as you return everything you got in a satisfactory condition.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are generally issued within 10 business days of when the return was dropped off at the post office. During busy periods, the processing time may be longer. It may take an additional 3-5 business days or up to a full billing cycle for the funds to appear on your original form of payment, depending on your bank's processing time.
